Regent Brass is a 28 piece brass band, based in North London at the Salvation Army Corps (Chalk Farm). We are a band that 'dares to be different' and have appeared on Radio and Television. We rehearse Thursdays from 1930 - come and see us!

SCABA Contest

On Sunday 19th May, both Regent bands made the journey south to Crawley to compete at the SCABA Entertainment Contest. For Regent Community Brass, it was their first experience of this type of format and the band put on a very confident show of their Beatles-themed programme. Workshop with North London Brass

On 18th May, members of Regent Community Brass joined forces with neighbouring band North London Brass to participate in a workshop led by conductor Alan Duguid, assisted by Regent solo horn, Martin Pearce. The massed band spent the morning working on a range of pieces, including “The Standard of St George” by Kenneth Alford, “A Malvern Suite” by Philip Sparke and “Mid all the Traffic” by Leonard Ballantine, before putting on a short concert for family and friends in the…
