Regent Brass is a 28 piece brass band, based in North London at the Salvation Army Corps (Chalk Farm). We are a band that 'dares to be different' and have appeared on Radio and Television. We rehearse Thursdays from 1930 - come and see us!

Crawley Contest Success

Regent Brass and Regent Community Brass both had a very enjoyable and productive day at the SCABA Autumn Contest on 30th September, held at The Hawth theatre in Crawley. For RCB it was their first contest outing, having only formed in June, and the band competed in the Second Section performing the recently revised version of “Variations on Laudate Dominum” by Edward Gregson. Debut Performance for Regent Community Band

The 9th September saw the very first public performance by Regent Community Brass, which was launched earlier this year. The band took part in the “Bandstand Marathon”, a nationwide event on the same day to get performers to use bandstands across the country. Regent Brass welcome new players

After playing with the band over the summer, Barbara King has agreed to join the band on Principal Cornet. Barbara is a well-known soloist in the south-east of England having previously played principal with the Aveley and Newham and Medway bands.
