Regent Brass is a 28 piece brass band, based in North London at the Salvation Army Corps (Chalk Farm). We are a band that 'dares to be different' and have appeared on Radio and Television. We rehearse Thursdays from 1930 - come and see us!

Westminster College Gardens Concert

On 8th August, the band gave their annual lunchtime concert in the beautiful surroundings of the college gardens in Westminster Abbey. Joined by a large and appreciative audience, the band performed a very diverse range of music which featured many of the bands’ soloists. Coventry Brass Festival Solo Contest

On 30th June, the bands’ solo trombonist, Tetsuro Okamura, travelled to Coventry to compete at the 3rd City of Coventry and Warwickshire brass festival. Competing in the Open Slow Melody section against a strong field of experienced soloists, Tetsu came 2nd overall with a very musical performance. The Boat Project Margate

On Sat 14th July, members of Regent Brass participated in the Log Book concert in Margate, as part of “The Boat Project”. “The Boat Project is a living archive of people’s stories and lives, a 30ft vessel made from donated wooden items. From February to July 2011 the public donated their wood to the project but not just any old wood. Pencil or piano – exotic as Zebrawood or as familiar as pine every piece had a story behind it.…
