On the 3rd of August, Regent Brass were due to play at College Gardens, Wesminster Abbey as part of the Brass on the Grass series. Adverse (rainy) weather conditions on the day forced the band indoors and the band played in the beautiful St. Margaret’s Chapel instead. Concert with the Cleveland Youth Wind Symphony

On 27th June the band gave their debut performance at the iconic St John’s Smith Square in central London as guests of the Cleveland Youth Wind Symphony who were touring the UK. Performing to a large and very receptive audience, we performed a demanding programme featuring several underperformed works including “Demilitarised Zones” by H.K. Regent Community Brass performed their first engagement of the summer on Sunday 25th August on the South Bank. Performing in front of the Royal Festival Hall with the beautiful backdrop of the River Thames, the band played as part of the Southbank Centre’s “Village Fair” to a large and appreciative audience.
