The Regent Brass Bands Set for a Day at the Races!

After much preparation from both Regent Brass and Regent Community Brass, both bands have been selected to represent London & Southern Counties at the National Brass Band Championships of Great Britain! Pre-Contest Performance Delivers!

As the house lights dim in The London College of Music‘s ‘Lawrence Hall’, two brass bands replicated some of the performance tensions associated with brass band contesting. Regional Contest Update

Sunday March 16th saw both Regent Brass and Regent Community Band travel to the Gordon Craig Leisure Centre in Stevenage to participate in their respective sections of the London and Southern Counties area qualifiers for the Brass Band National Finals. Festive Brass Success

On Sunday 15th December, Regent Brass traveled down to Twickenham for their annual performance at “Festive Brass”, hosted by the Richmond Music Trust and Regent’ Flugel Horn, Vickie Curran. Once again, the band joined forces with Fulham Brass and the Richmond Youth Brass Band to put on a varied and exciting programme of music, which was well received by the audience.
