Regent Brass are a British Brass Band, based at Chalk Farm, North London. Musical Director is Alan Duguid, and the band is currently in Section 1 of the National Grading Tables. We rehearse on Thursdays from 1930, at the Salvation Army church, Chalk Farm, NW3 2BL.

Regent Community Brass

Regent Community Brass was formed in May 2012 to provide an outlet for local musicians, both young and old, to get involved in playing with a brass band. The band rehearses on Tuesdays from 1930, at the Church of the Ascension, Wembley. The band competes in Section 3 of the National Brass Band Championships of Great Britain.

Regent Community Brass and Regent Brass return to marvellous surroundings of Queens Park to present a series of Brass in the Park concerts on Sunday afternoons.   The bands will play from 3pm to 5pm in the bandstand to the north of the park.  With a wide variety of music written and arranged for Brass Band, programmes will comprised of classics, marches, show tunes, film themes and much more.  Bring along a picnic and enjoy the atmosphere!   More information:-…

After much preparation from both Regent Brass and Regent Community Brass, both bands have been selected to represent London & Southern Counties at the National Brass Band Championships of Great Britain! Following the Regional contest, held in Stevenage on Sunday March 19th, Regent Brass placed 2nd in ‘Section 1’ whilst Regent Community Brass took the coveted 1st place in ‘Section 4’! As the house lights dim in The London College of Music‘s ‘Lawrence Hall’, two brass bands replicated some of the performance tensions associated with brass band contesting. On Monday 06th March, both Regent Brass and Regent Community Brass combined to ‘run out’ their respective ‘test pieces’ for the impending Regional Contest.
