Regent Brass are a British Brass Band, based at Chalk Farm, North London. Musical Director is Alan Duguid, and the band is currently in Section 1 of the National Grading Tables. We rehearse on Thursdays from 1930, at the Salvation Army church, Chalk Farm, NW3 2BL.

Regent Community Brass

Regent Community Brass was formed in May 2012 to provide an outlet for local musicians, both young and old, to get involved in playing with a brass band. The band rehearses on Tuesdays from 1930, at the Church of the Ascension, Wembley. The band competes in Section 3 of the National Brass Band Championships of Great Britain.

Regent off to the Spring Festival

Regent return to the Spring Festival for the first time in many years.  Having accepted invite to compete in the Senior Trophy, the band have been working hard on the set test, Frank Wright’s arrangement of Berlioz’ Judges of the Secret Court since our appearance in the London and Southern Counties area championships. Regional Contest Update

Sunday March 16th saw both Regent Brass and Regent Community Band travel to the Gordon Craig Leisure Centre in Stevenage to participate in their respective sections of the London and Southern Counties area qualifiers for the Brass Band National Finals. Competing in the fourth section, Regent Community band, conducted by John Holland had to tackle ‘Three Spanish Impressions for Brass Band’ by Alan Fernie.  Drawn to play 11th out of 20 competing bands, RCB made an impression on the adjudicators…
